According to the Stanford Report, the Faculty Senate voted to update the admissions policy and administration for non-matriculated (post-bacc) graduate study, a program that allows students who have completed their bachelor’s degrees to enroll in classes without seeking a degree.

Under the new policy, student-athletes who have completed their bachelor’s degree but still have remaining athletic eligibility may enroll in graduate courses across departments for up to two years. A faculty oversight committee appointed by the provost will review admissions standards, participate in the admissions process, mentor the student-athletes, monitor academic progress, and provide an annual report on the program.

Note that this new policy applies to both recent Stanford grads and post-bacc transfers from other institutions. The big change here is the centralization of the post-bacc program in terms of both admissions and implementation.

And here come the All-American transfers...I hope.
