New theory behind the stealth recruit from my home state: QB Kyle Kempt. He recently decommitted from Cincy. He had an offer from Harbaugh when he was in 8th grade and has a strong interest in engineering and technology. Very high GPA and scores. I know we are stacked at QB but the best overall athlete from a given high school is often the QB and we have a good history of QBs converted to other positions (Lynch and Armour).
