Ok, thx.Â Shaw was QB coach for the Raiders, so I assume he knows what he's doing.Â Hopefully it has some analogies to Kapernick vs. Alex Smith - one is completing 70% of his short passes and is rated highly, while the other has less throwing experience but a stronger arm, is more mobile and has more upside.
