I suffered my first concussion 3 weeks ago while skiing. Cracked my helmet and lost about a 1/2 hour of memory. Definitely changed my point of view on concussions. I had a hard time even watching football for the first few days after (involuntary shudder with every hard hit). Definitely discouraging my boys from playing when they get in high school and not a chance before that.
