I saw a few clips of Burns from his junior year (after he accepted our offer) and his intermediate passes looked a little wobbly.Â I haven't seen Browne throw, but his stats are impressive.Â Does Burns have a stronger and/or more accurate arm to go with the better mobility you mentioned?
