This is so bizarre -- the fact that somebody from the NCAA was present during the bankruptcy hearing, clearly with the cooperation of Shapiro's attorney, was in the Miami Herald way back in October. How the NCAA could say it didn't know what was going on seems, let's say peculiar, to me.

Most things NCAA seem peculiar (or at the very least, arbitrary) to me. Especially when it comes to investigations and enforcement.
