The shove is a big deal, IMO.Â Not because of the impact a physical act like that has, but because of what it represents.Â If a coach has to resort to physical contact to get his team to perform, that coach is failing to properly prepare his charges.Â Monty wants to win and has fire during games, but I question how much he has at all other times.Â

California is the perfect place for Monty.Â He will never be pushed to do better, he doesn't want another job, and he is comfy.
