Seems like kind of a dumb article, really -- people making wild generalizations about quarterbacks from southern California, people hating on Barkley for unclear reasons. If Barkley really hasn't been medically cleared to throw yet, or even is still suffering some aftereffects from his injury, I can't blame him for not throwing at the combine.
