The small rewards associated with the bonus events are shocking.

I have to believe that a Rose Bowl appearance is worth more to Low APR U Alums than that $60K would imply.  It is also rather pathetic that the academic milestones that would require tremendous effort and focus only get the guy $23,000 each.

The objective for Yikes seems clear now.  Get UCB up to 6-8 wins per year, and then bolt back to SEC country for a real salary.

I didn't think anyone here would be interested in those details, but yes, the incentive bonuses are very "Cal" - totally ill-conceived and demonstrates why Cal has never won anything in football.
