Bright is a good example of Dawkins's poor coaching. Bright has a very focused set of skills -- he should be the sixth/seventh man guy who just tries to score and disrupt. Dawkins has him focusing on running the offense and doesn't free him enough. It's odd, because Bright was well-used in 2011-12; Dawkins decided to change his successful role for (apparently) no good reason whatsoever.
