I think women's WoPo  has the best shot.

Many Stanford teams could win it all if things go their way. M Gym, Baseball, W Rowing, W Water Polo, W Tennis and W Golf are all possible NCAA Team Title winners, but at this point only W Water Polo would be considered a post-season event favorite. 

Women's Water Polo is far better than #3 UCLA, but USC (#1a) appears fairly close.  Stanford lost the first USC match-up and had fewer shots on goal in the second despite the win.  Stanford and USC will likely play in the MPSF final at UCB to determine the MPSF champ.  Then both will go to Boston in mid-May as near co-favorites likely to meet in the NCAA final.

The NACDA Director's cup will be safe because teams finishing 2nd-9th get a fair number of points, and Stanford has a lot of teams that will finish 2nd-9th.
