Do folks here think that the undergraduate population will become significantly more international in the coming 10-20 years? We may be past the US peak, but I'm sure there's several million "high school" graduates in China and India ready to submit their applications, especially as those countries gain wealth.

Aren't there pretty stringent caps on educational visas? Seems unlikely that we'd get much more if that's the case.

On the other hand, if we manage to meaningfully reform our immigration system this will likely be changed (if that's even the case, I'm not 100%), but the odds of that are looking low right now.
