It has been 18 hours since that tweet.  Are Greek cruises really devoid of any technology, or what else could be delaying the announcement?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe NCAA rules prohibit coaches or the university from making any kind of official statement or announcement about a particular recruit until national signing day. Thus, we still get cryptic messages on Twitter to give out hints that a new commitment has been made, but never with specific information. It's up to the recruit, or his family, to say something if they want.  They could also choose to commit to the coaches, but then say absolutely nothing and on NSD just fax in their LOI.
