From what I saw, the Elite 11 coaches valued QBs who were able to make a quick decision (good or bad) and threw the ball with high velocity every time regardless of touch; a stick-it-in-there approach which I found very curious from such a highly regarded camp. Dropback quickness, feet movement, throwing mechanics, touch, and catchability of the pass all took a backseat in evaluation. That is what THOSE coaches valued but as WIM stated that is hardly consensus.
If I had a dollar every time I was distracted, I wish I had some ice cream.
