Well, he did get some things right:
1. My imigrant parents did help with the wiring. Nothing like a few kicks in the butt and working overtime in the field for the old man to make studying look real attractive.
2. The coach holding my hand made a difference. This consisted of older brother coming down to my bedroom and telling me that his friends at school told him that there's a school I should check out.
3. Dickies does make some good stuff. Use it on weekends, when appropriate.
