When you have five running backs all competing for playing time (with a couple more waiting in the wings) I consider it a logjam.
If you don\'t, well that\'s why they have horse races, as the saying goes.
The point is that there is no way you are going to give them all meaningful playing time, and if they are good enough that they should be on the field, it makes sense for one or two of them to have a position change.
