Not familiar enough with Miss Chiney to opine.  But I will say this, with his engineering background and natural leadership skills, Skov could be very successful in business.  He's gone through quite a bit of adversity and thrived.  He must have an incredible work ethic.  He also comes across as an independent thinker.  If I got to hire somebody from the football team, he would be my first choice.  Probably my first choice among all the players that have come through the football program since I've been associated with Stanford.  Andrew would be my 2nd choice.
