Farm - UC fans who question the turf are idiots. UC has had a turf field for many years, along with UO, OSU, WSU and UW.  The turf has nothing to do with it.  As for CoachDykes practice methods, nope that isn't the reason, either.  It is just one of those years.  My attitude is suck it up and deal with it.

Did I mention UC Fans?  Noooo.

It was mentioned by the TV commentators.  I guess they questioned the UC AD and/or the UC AD has already started to defend the turf and the staff.  Either way, it has moved well beyond just a few UC fans on a chat board.  Like others noted, I suspect the S&C might be part of the challenge, so the AD is probably justified in trying to diffuse that line of questioning. 

In any event, bad luck is a reasonable explanation, but in the world of recruiting perception can quickly become reality.
