How did you determine that the odds are overwelmingly in favor of going for it? Exactly what are these odds you are talking about? I have seen a lot of teams in this same position over the years and I can only remember a couple of times where a coach at any level did that. If you are somehow correct, how do you explain someone with all of Shaw's experience not knowing the odds?
