Everyone knows that 1-loss teams don't jump AQ conference undefeated teams, regardless of the circumstances.

If there was ever a time to reconsider this, now would be the time.  The best teams in the Big 12 are now in the SEC (A&M and Missouri).  Take Stanford and Oregon out of the Pac 12 and tell me Washington deserves a title shot.  Please, Baylor. 

I'd be curious to see how Florida State's 2013 schedule compares with Utah's 2008 schedule.  Utah 2008 played (a subpar) Michigan on the road, but also beat a 9-3 Oregon State, 11-1 TCU, 10-2 BYU.  TCU finished the year ranked #7, Oregon State #18, and BYU #25.  That's 3 ranked wins.  FSU will have beaten Clemson.  That's it.  Utah was jumped by several 1-loss teams including Florida and Oklahoma who played for the title, while Utah waxed Alabama.
