One thing worth noting about Hogan. He actually ranks #28 in passing efficiency this season (I originally said #32). Despite having the #5 toughest schedule in the nation, his efficiency is much higher than #44 David Fales, who many on this board regard as a better overall QB and passer than Hogan. Fales has faced the 82nd toughest schedule in the nation, btw. I do believe Hogan > Fales and I've said that since the SJSU game this season.
