I like Shaw a lot. I think his 4Q playcalling and playcalling in general can be predictable and I don't always agree with the calls, but I am glad he is our coach and I think he is a great coach to have. Do I wish he was as aggressive as he was vs Oregon in every game?

The main difference between Shaw's playcalls against Oregon as compared to all other games is...they worked. That's all; it was the same very-heavy-running approach, with some cute variations. It's a fine approach, in general. However, if this is the main evidence people cite to distinguish effective versus ineffective playcalling, I'm going to stick with my belief that playcalling is largely meaningless.
