Yeah, I'm pretty sure after another year with little to no improvement in record/performance, Sark didn't have the coldest seat in the conference anyway.

In the end, the UW AD will probably see this hire as a blessing.  Their supporters wanted UW to buyout Sarkisian's contract.  Now USC will likely need to compensate UW for their loss.  There are probably more benefits too.  No need to look bad firing a coach with some level of success.  No need to worry about a year with coaching uncertainty, etc.
