I am surprised Dykes has not been able to turn the recruiting around at all.  To do worse than Mike Leach is pretty surprising given that Leach had been shown to put players in sheds and had other players not only quitting the team but making nasty allegations.  Dykes certainly put Kline in the doghouse, but that is far from putting him in an actual shed.  From what I've seen of Dykes in those Pac 12 documentaries he seems like a players coach and surprising he can't get guys to come to Cal with all it has to offer vs. his competition (WSU).
