Â Tavita was hired by Harbaugh who loved the guy and believed he would be a great coach.Â Shaw believes the same thing after working with him for several years.Â Shaw is himself a former QB coach; he knows one when he sees one.Â The players love Tavita.Â There is nothing rushed about this.Â What it signals is complete trust and confidence in Tavita by his boss.Â And, by the way, Shaw's judgment on coaches has been absolutely stellar.Â Exhale.Â This is an excellent move.
