The thing is that I've never actually seen an evidence that his windup DOES take longer. It's just like the "staring down receivers" meme that was floating around, I've never seen any actual evidence presented that this actually happens in actual games. Just a bunch of assertions. And since I'm a relative novice at this sort of thing, I was really hoping someone could actually back up these assertions with actual evidence.
