The all-whites are great. I wonder if any studies have been done on the visibility of uniforms/helmets vs. QB accuracy...

(MSU and Syracuse also use the block S, though in different colors, right?)

I have often wondered about quarterbacks being able to differenciate players too. It seems like every other game I see on TV there is an interception and a sportscaster says, "I don't think Smertz even saw the safety..." It is also well established that some species, like zebras, have evolved with markings that disrupt the vision of preditors. If there have been any studies, Phil Knight was not involved.

Michigan State no longer has an S on their helmets. They have an abstract Spartan design now.
