The picture below just surfaced this week. It's one I took in December of 1970 just prior to our departure for Pasadena. We painted a rose on my overseas classmate's '53 Chevy and dubbed it "The Rosemobile". We Cheech-and-Chonged it down to Pasadena and helped defeat the hated Woody Hayes and his henchmen, 27-17. Plunkett and the ThunderChickens might have had a little bit to do with it as well.
