Garvin, I don't see Dawkins surviving without a ticket to the Dance. Too many alums have already gone to Muir after he let him stay this year. The feedback has been echoing in the echo chamber that is now Maples. There is good reason that Bernard has attended almost every game.  I don't think the injury card will by Dawkins any time. If he makes it to the NCAAs, I can live with him (for now) given the class he is bringing in. I'm not a fan, but the line in the sand has been drawn. If we miss this year and he stays the negative feedback will severely test and likely hamper our new AD.
As for Nastic, as others have pointed out, he was getting hammered and I have never seen him have a more physical presence against some talented and motivated bigs. He was tired and deservedly so at the end. I wasn't a fan of his play early on, but he has improved and is now an asset with heart!
