ESPN's Joe Lunardi has bracketed Stanford as a #9 seed, with a first-round matchup versus #8 (of course) North Carolina. The winner in this ever-so-hypothetical-if-the-season-ended-today-prognostication would get #1 Wichita State--or the play-in winner of Murray State/Southern U.--in the second round.
