In case anyone isn't familiar with the event: The Penn Relays are an annual five day track and field festival at Franklin Field. There are events for various levels of competition ranging from fourth grade through masters. The web site claims over 22,000 participants. In my days as a student at Penn, it was a great excuse for not studying for finals.
