I had a roommate at SCU who ran dam faces at Lexington every morning at 5 a.m.Â Just ridiculously great conditioning.Â Our lightweight eight in 1982 was good enough to be invited to the Henley Royal Regatta, last SCU team invited.Â The captain of that scull, Mike Connors is the women's crew coach at Sac State.
