In my opening post, I never said anything about the underlying facts or appropriateness of the McDonald's coffee case.  I just noted there are several scales of magnitude difference in: the size/resources of the company sued  and   the quality of burgers each produces.  But I will cop to being an In-N-Out fan since my teens and accept without further debate the superiority of the In-N-Out product.
