There's a Mexican place in DC that I think is pretty solid, but I'm worried my standards are slipping. :(

Rosa Mexicano, across from the Verizon Center, is excellent. This is high end Mexican in the same price range as Tres Agaves in San Francisco. Try the guacamole. One of the few places where the sangria is worth ordering.  Unfortunately, frequented by a lot of political staffers.
