If only Judo counted....SJSU would be high on the list, winning 45 championships in 51 years. 

I presume the NCAA list is a function of how many colleges compete in a sport?  So, for example, women's badminton, women's bowling, and coed rifle are on the list but judo is not.  That is an odd assortment.

Are we (Stanford) any good in badminton, bowling, or rifle?
