Reid Travis is named as one of the most important/best incoming basketball freshmen, along with this in "field notes from a successful Dawkins brainwashing":
LOL WUT.

Quote: Stanford had one of its most memorable seasons in 2013-14, reaching the Sweet 16 under coach Johnny Dawkins. Four seniors will be moving on, including frontcourt stars Dwight Powell and Josh Huestis. Together they combined for 25 points and 15 rebounds per game and carried the Cardinal on a nightly basis. Travis will look to fill that void.
Dawkins and his staff addressed their gaping hole with the McDonald's All-American. He's a tough forward who will not only produce in the paint by scoring and rebounding, but will also be a threat facing up from the foul line area. A former high school quarterback, Travis is not afraid of contact. He'll create scoring opportunities for himself at the free throw line and put his team in the bonus situation.
Plug Travis into a team with top returning scorers on the perimeter in Chasson Randle (18.8 points per game) and Anthony Brown (12.3), and the Cardinal have a chance to continue to be relevant, not only in the Pac-12 but nationally as well.
LOL WUT.
