Thanks Yvonne! I think this is a much better approach than constraining all recruiting discussion (for a given year) to a single thread. The single thread approach made it really hard to follow the sequence of events that relate to a specific  recruit, for example.

It'll take some getting used to to visit two boards (unlike some other sites that have a lot of different boards, where I start at the listing of boards, I've typically bookmarked the main board directly here). But the improved usability should be worth it.
