A handful of reactions after watching the video clip (thanks!):
1. how about UW players wearing different colored helmets?!? (Can that possibly be right?);
2. UW was dominating the LOS in the clip linked, and Stanford was very fortunate that the UW coaching braintrust messed up the play calling on their drive when they last had the lead. Specifically, UW was at Stanford 38 yard, third and 3, and decided to pass on third down (incomplete). That brought up mando passing down on fourth, and another pass. Incomplete. If you know you're going to go for it on fourth down, then you run on third down - especially if you were having the success running the ball UW was having at that point in the game;
3. How about that crowd? That was probably 70K in the Old Lady.
4. How did Stanford stop UW on that last (?) drive, when up 29-22? Clip ended with UW having first and 10 at Stanford 34 yard line.
