Coming into the U=S=C game, I was brimming with optimism for a dominant season leading to a Rose Bowl appearance and a trip to the NCG. I was drunk with fanatical dreams of a well oiled Stanford football machine crushing the Teojams and leaving Sark on the hot seat after his second game. Today, I am a sober Stanford fan still hung over from one of the most frustrating loses I have ever witnessed. Until our team can show me that they can play disciplined mistake free football, I will remain skeptical and cautious in my predictions.
Last season, Army gained 284 yards on the ground against our D. They return leading rusher, Baggett, from last year's game. I predict they will continue to move the ball on the ground against us. I know we have the offense to move the ball on Army. But, we need to do much better in the red zone than we have in the first two games.
Stanford 34
Army 20
Deja vu, oui?

Put a glide in your stride and a dip in your hip.
