The rape investigation was not botched.  That was a very sad case of a very sick girl.  There was a full investigation and there was zero credibility to the girls story - i know someone involved in the investigation.  She had issues and was looking for attention.  There was NO RAPE.  I hate when people bring that up, no proof of anything was found, there is no cover up.  She made it up....
