I'm in agreement with the spirit of DenverCard and Garvin's posts.
NDIrish, for future reference, don't go on a Stanford board and claim Stanford and ND are comparable as academic institutions. That's like one of us going on an ND board and claiming Stanford's football legacy is comparable to ND's. There may even be certain (contrived?) bases on which each of those claims could be justified. But just because one could doesn't mean one should. It's certainly not good form to go to someone's house and question what they hold sacred. And if you do, you should expect to get roasted.
Other than that, I have no problem with anything NDIrish has said.
