In a bar (yeah, that's helpful!) with the sound turned down.  Why WASN'T that grounding?

We didn't get a good explanation. The announcers seemed confused and were about to do the tackle box graphic, but had to cut it because of the punt. There was definitely no receiver in the area of the pass, so either the refs totally whiffed the call or they thought he was outside of the tackle box, and he was close.
