If anything shows just how horrible that performance was, its this: in just over three hours, we've gone from wondering about playoff chances to hoping we can get to six wins.

I'm not going that far but without a revival of the gameplan from the first half of the WSU game this is an 8-4 team at best.  They won't fall to 6-6 with Oregon St, UCLA, and Cal still on the schedule - they all suck worse.  But I'm thinking the Fight Hunger Bowl is the upside, and the Sun Bowl or Las Vegas Bowl are more likely spots if they keep coaching and playing like this.
