I think Michael Humphrey will be a combination of Powell and Huestis (at this point, minus Powells point forward skills)
Rebounds out of his space
Exceptional timing around the rim
Good passer and excels at the outlet pass
Shooting range to the 3 and above average free throw %
Loves to block shots (bet he leads the team) and has great footwork on both ends of the court
A year ago he was playing high school quarterback with full time dedicated to basketball his progress has been amazing look at the recent team photo( http://www.gostanford.com/ViewArticle.db...=209694415 )Â ~ he is the middle of the back row ~ still growing?
Listed as a player with a shot at the NBA( http://insider.espn.go.com/blog/jeff-goo...st?id=3894 ), I am not just some homer blowing smoke. He went from not be recruited to a four star recruit in a months time http://www.studentsports.com/basketball/...-rankings/
Season is right around the corner my bet is that Michael Humphrey is the difference maker!
