Someone posted this last night, and I think it should become the preferred name of the offense...
The Paint Not Drying Offense:Â It's boring as hell to watch, and it's not drying because that would be something productive.
Or maybe someone can come up with a moniker that speaks to:
Something that has way too much effort and complexity put into it that gives you nothing in return.
