Far be it from me to second guess a man who knows infinitely more about the game than I do, but waiting for one of the backs to emerge is absolutely a mistake.  This constant rotation is hindering their ability to get into the flow of the game and actually be productive.  Running backs aren't receivers, you can't just keep switching them in and out and expect them to be effective.  Especially the way they use theirs.  BJS comes onto the field, the defense has a pretty good idea of what's coming.
