As an out-of-towner who hasn't been to the Bay Area since his last reunion in 2010, the San Francisco Bowl sounds pretty good to me. I also think it might the the one game where we would get a substantial turnout -- people who wouldn't fly anywhere to see this team play again might be willing to drive, especially given the chance to see the new stadium.

I had the same thought, but I would imagine that the players think otherwise.  Isn't part of the fun for the players of going to a bowl game actually going to a bowl game (instead of staying home for another game)?
