One thing to possibly add to the large list is the increase in TV revenues delivered by Larry Scott. Sure you could say it's all relative because all the Pac-12 schools share equally, but just look toward the East Bay UC outfit and you can see they are not exactly investing extra money into the football program. In fact, Ca.l has the 14th lowest paid coaching staff of the Power 5 schools, in arguably the most expensive place to live of all of them.
