Perhaps your whole family. I suspect many aren't in that camp. My kids wouldn't come anyway, but now youth soccer will claim me too. That's OK. The only real way to avoid most conflicts would be that 7PM slot, but then it gets late for some. Not late by ACC or SEC standards with their 8:30 or even 9PM kicks, but late for Stanford's fan base.
Best time for active Bay Area families would probably be that 5PM slot. Late enough to steer clear of youth sports, early enough to avoid bedtimes of our youngest (and oldest) fans.
Given how few day time games we see I have started to wonder about the move to the shade by the team.
Once upon a time, the football team moved to the shady side to get out of the sun. Given the conference's strong bias towards night games I wonder if the AD will consider moving the team and students back to the "sunny" side. That way that prime corner real estate could be sold at higher prices, the TV cameras would get students rather than plastic seats, and everyone on the shady side would be able to hear the band.Â
The team record on the shady side has been amazing, so I understand if the team just sticks with the status quo.
