Why on Earth do the Pac-12 officials blow the whistle on a play a ball carrier is tight-roping the sideline?  It sure looked to me on the replay that Meeks stayed in bounds on his pick and return.  It was close, but it looked like that should have been a pick 6 for Meeks because if they didn't blow the whistle, I don't think replay review would have ruled him out of bounds.

Anyone else see it this way?

I thought he did go OB around the 30-35 but it was real time and I wasn't sure. Camera angle was no substitute for two officials who were right on the sideline.

Don't know but I agree that on a potential scoring play that is close the officials should err on the side of not blowing the whistle so that a review can take place. Meeks' reaction certainly indicated that he didn't think he was ever out of bounds.

Was mad at FS1 for not showing a replay on that where he went out of bounds. Showed 3 replays of the play, but only just past the time of the interception.

They did show replays of Harrison's targeting, and I still wonder a little about it.  From the side it sure looked like targeting, but from the back it looked like his helmet never even touched the qb--the head jerk was from the general impact.  It still should have been roughing the qb, but I never quite saw an angle that resolved in my mind whether it really was targeting--unless targeting doesn't require contact by the helmet.
